Purchase returns

1. The customer has the right to return the product within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt, excluding the day of receipt. The goods and their packaging must be returned in their original form - the packaging of the goods must be intact and intact, and the goods must not have any traces of use. Do not stick the address sticker or other labels or tags on the product packaging. If the returned Product is not in a salable condition and is not suitable for further sale at the regular price list, Eirene reserves the right to reduce the returned value of the product. The buyer pays for the postage for returning the goods himself.

Refunds will be made within two days of receiving the returned item, but no later than 30 days after notification of the return of the item. The purchase amount is returned via bank transfer to the account indicated by the buyer. The buyer pays for the costs of transferring money.

2. Damage during delivery

There is a risk of damage during the delivery of goods, therefore, upon receipt of goods, it is recommended to check their integrity. In the event that damage to the parcel or goods is found due to the fault of the delivery service, you must report this by writing to the e-mail of the online store. You can then arrange for the delivery of the replaced item.

3. Complaint

Defective shipping will be returned at Eirene's expense in accordance with these Terms. Refunds are made after a complaint has been submitted.

4. Force majeure

Eirene is not responsible for any obstruction or delay in delivery of the Goods due to force majeure conditions and factors beyond Eirene's control, such as war, natural disaster, hurricanes, floods, export and import bans, government decisions, other social activities that hinder, or interfering with the activities of Eirene.

5. Resolution of disputes

Disputes and disagreements arising in this distance Agreement are governed by Finnish law.
