The registry manager is under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) obligated to inform the registered in clear words how their data is used. This Privacy Policy fulfils the principle of transparency.

The individual may check the personal information saved in the registry.

The right to rectification

The individual is entitled to have the personal data rectified if inaccurate or incomplete.

The right to restrict processing

The individual has the right to restrict processing of personal data if the individual feels the processing has been unlawful.

The right to object direct marketing

The individual has the right to object the use of the personal data to direct marketing.

The right to erasure

The individual has the right to be forgotten if there is no compelling reason for continued processing. After processing your request to be forgotten we either delete your personal data or will inform you with adequate grounds why your personal information can not be erased.

Please notice, the registry manager may have a statutory or other right not to delete the data asked. The registry manager is obligated to keep accounting records for the period (10 years) defined in the Accounting Act (Chapter 2, Section 10). Therefore, the data related to the accounting records can not be erased before the end of this period.

The right to cancel their consent

If processing the individual’s personal data is based only to their consent, and not to customer relationship or membership of the company, has the individual the right to cancel their consent.

The right to complain about a decision for the Data Protecion Ombudsman

The individual has the right to demand that we restrict processing contentious personal data until the issue is solved.

The right of appeal

The individual has the right to make a notification to the Data Protection Ombudsman if they feel that we violate the established law when processing your personal data.

6. Regular Source of Information

The personal data is collected:

  • directly from present or potential customers when they fill the contact form on our website with their personal contact information.

7. Regular Data Transfer

The personal data collected to the registry is not in general transferred to marketing purposes outside the Yritys Oy.

8. Time of Processing

Eirene will delete personal data once all the relevant purposes for which the personal data have been processed have been fulfilled and when such deletion is permitted by the relevant laws and regulations. Invoicing material is retained for five years so that we can process future requests and comply with applicable accounting laws. We will delete or anonymize information related to the products you purchase after five years of purchasing the product

9. Personal Data Processors

The registry manager or its employees processes the personal data. We also may outsource the data processing partly to a third party. In these cases we guarantee with contractual arrangements that the personal data is processed according to the operative General Data Protection Regulation and otherwise correctly.

10. Transferring Data Outside the EU

The personal data will not be transferred outside the European Union or the European Economic Area.

11. Automated Decision Making and Profiling

We will not use automated decision making or profiling in processing the data collected.
